Original vintage theatrical movie posters. German lobby cards: the cards printed before the end of the 1960's mostly were real glossy photographies, printed on very heavy paperstock. Often hand - tinted / hand - colored. Due to the fact, that these LC's were expensive to fabricate, only some dozens of those sets were printed. These LC's are highly collectable, some sets contain up to 50 cards! (but mostly 20-30 cards). In the 70's and 80's hand coloring was a thing of the past and the sets also contained less cards: usually between 12 and 24. By now the size is down to 4 - 12 cards for new releases. The old cards measure approx. 9 x 12 inch (ca. 23 x 29cm), by now the size is approx. 8 x 12 inch (20x24cm). US b/w - still / 8 x 10 - still : these are original American or English press stills to promote the films. Please note that all photos are vintage unless stated 'not vintage!'.
