Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal formation of collagen, which is necessary for the normal function of blood vessels. Helps protect cells from oxidative damage, reduce tiredness and fatigue, improves iron absorption. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Zinc helps to preserve normal vision, helps to maintain normal vitamin A metabolism, normal functioning of the immune system.
