It is from an edition of only 500 prints , and is hand signed and numbered by the artist. Created for the inaugural "The Legend Lives Tour" for Hoondog Events, the artist created this painting after a recent trip on Route 66. You join the chase as the Highland Green 1968 Fastback Mustang and the Triple Black '68 Dodge Charger RT travel along the final stretch of Route 66, ending in Santa Monica, California! The painting features all three of Ford's "Bullitt" Mustangs and three body styles of the Dodge Charger. The incredible setting, taking in the legendary historic route, includes such famous landmarks as the Conoco Service Station & Cafe, Wigwam Motel, the Blue Swallow Motel, Delgadillo's Snow Cap, Blue Whale Amusement Park, the World's Largest Totem Pole, Britten Water Tower, Munger Moss Motel, the Gemini Giant and the Bunyon Giant! While you might not be able to afford Steve McQueen's 1968 Ford "Bullitt Mustang" from the movie Bullitt (which recently sold at a Mecum auction for $3.4M), you can enjoy the times in this beautiful watercolor print.
